The production time to complete your job depends in part on the complexity and size of your order. Thus, turnaround times are an estimate, not a guarantee. We generally complete and ship orders in one to three days. Exceptions may occur because of paper availability, delays in shipping services, equipment breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Normally production begins the day after the proof approval and payment have been received. In the case of online orders with approval, production starts the next day. For orders where a hard copy proof has been requested, the signed proof or approval email should be received by 5:00 pm Central Time, for production to begin the following day.
We ship via Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Transit times are always in addition to production times. For an estimate of transit days for FedEx Ground and UPS Ground see the bottom of the Help and FAQ page.
