Return Policy

Please don’t hesitate to call us! We apologize for any delay or inconvenience we cause. If your product is not acceptable, we would like the opportunity to put a smile back on your face.

All complaints must be registered within 3 business days of receiving your print job. Should your job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, as determined by Star Digital Print, we will reprint your job at no charge.

There are a few conditions that are not under Star Digital Print’s control. Please review our Terms of Service, especially paragraphs 21 through 25. Star Digital Print’s sole liability shall be limited to the value of the printing work performed. We will be glad to consider all reasonable reprint requests.

If, after reviewing the Terms of Service above, you believe you are entitled to a refund or reprint of your order please follow these steps:

  • 1. Call our Customer Service at 855-261-8288 (or local 402 810-7827) and explain your situation.
  • 2. If we agree with you, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • 3. Return the defective product to:

  • 4. When the defective product is received the reprint job will be sent to production and be expedited through our processes and shipped as quickly as possible.
